Stages of the appraisal :

Further to your request, an estimate is drawn up specifying the cost of the appraisal, the documents to be supplied, etc.

As soon as the quotation is accepted, an appointment is agreed to examine the property and the surroundings.

This visit is followed by the file facts analysis, examinations, survey, etc. Then, an appraisal report is written up including :

  • Informations about the property (location, land register, town planning plan classification, title deed, renting, constraints,etc.)
  • Property description with pictures and itemized areas
  • Valuation with methods’ explanation

The property appraiser shoulders the entire responsibility for the achieved valuation.
